Compliance and Enforcement Reports give industry, practitioners and the community an insight into our compliance and enforcement activities.
Our Building Documentation Audit Program (BDAP) involves desktop reviews of documentation related to building work in Victoria, including administrative and technical documentation, to ensure building practitioners are carrying out their functions correctly and a quality-built environment is maintained.
Our Annual Report describes the activities undertaken and the impacts achieved towards being recognised as a trusted and effective regulator.
The report was prepared in accordance with the Financial Management Act 1994, relevant Australian Accounting Standards and Interpretations, Standing Directions and Financial Reporting Directions.
