The Prosecution and Disciplinary Register records disciplinary action taken against registered building and plumbing industry practitioners and building companies in Victoria.
It holds individual building records from April 2019, company building records from July 2018 and plumbing records from June 2019.
The records shown below detail all disciplinary proceedings in which a building industry professional, building company or plumber has been found:
- to have contravened the Building Act, the Building or Plumbing Regulations, and/or the Domestic Building Contracts Act; or
- no longer fit to practise in the industry.
Entries remain on the register for five years after they are imposed or cease to have effect, whichever is the later.
