RBS statutory powers and referrals
As a Private Building Surveyor engaged as a Relevant Building Surveyor (RBS), you are on the front line of ensuring buildings in Victoria are safe and compliant. Your statutory responsibilities are central to protecting public health, safety, and amenity.
