Use this form to request a reassessment of the building permit levy if the cost of your building work has decreased following changes to the approved project. Applicants must provide details of the revised costs and supporting documentation, including relevant building permits and evidence of the cost variation. Applicable to building permit applications accepted by a Relevant Building Surveyor (RBS) on or after 26 November 2025.
