This form is used to notify the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) of significant changes (increase or decrease of $15,625 or more) in building costs for non‑staged permits lodged on or after 26 November 2025. It must be submitted within 28 days of becoming aware of the change and applies when the variation is not related to an amended building permit.
