Use this form to apply for authorisation as an Authorised Nominating Authority (ANA) under Victoria’s Security of Payment legislation. Authorised Nominating Authorities are responsible for appointing adjudicators to determine payment disputes in the building and construction industry. This application allows eligible organisations to demonstrate their capability, governance arrangements and compliance with statutory requirements.
