The purpose of this form is to assist gasfitters to comply with the requirements to create and provide a gas servicing record under Regulations 36, 37, 38, and 39 of the Gas Safety (Gas Installation) Regulations 2018, as amended by the Gas Safety (Gas Installation) Amendment Regulations 2025 (Vic). This form specifies the relevant parts of the gas servicing record that are required to be provided to the BPC. Use of this form is voluntary.
