The BPC Distributor Nomination Form is a formal document used by eligible Victorian residential builders to nominate a Domestic Building Insurance (DBI) distributor from the BPC panel. This step is a prerequisite for builders to gain access to BuildVic, the state’s online portal used for purchasing and managing mandatory DBI on behalf of homeowners.
