A Technical Referee Report must accompany your Building Design (Architectural) registration application. A qualified referee – such as a registered Building Designer, ARBV Architect, or Domestic Builder (Unlimited) – must complete the report and have directly supervised your work. The form outlines the architectural design tasks you carried out under their supervision. We use this information to assess your competency and may contact your referee to confirm the details.
