This Technical Referee Report is for applicants seeking registration as an erector supervisor for temporary structures, limited to scaffolding, stages and towers. It records the applicant’s recent, supervised experience, including the tasks performed and when and where the work occurred. The referee must have directly observed the applicant carrying out the work that is listed in the report. The information is used to assess whether the applicant has enough experience for registration.
