A Technical Referee Report helps us confirm that you have recent, relevant experience in the commercial builder (low-rise, medium-rise or unlimited) class you’re applying for.
Your referee must have directly supervised your work and be appropriately registered or qualified. They use this form to outline the commercial building projects you worked on under their supervision, including your role, responsibilities and experience across key construction stages. We use their report to assess your competency for registration and may contact them to verify the details.
