Building and plumbing practitioners must keep their contact information up to date under the Building Act 1993. You must notify us of any changes to your address or phone number within 14 days of the change.
Individual building practitioners
You can update your contact details, such as your business phone, business address, home address, postal address, mobile phone number and email address by logging in to BAMS and accessing the 'Your Profile' page.
To change your name or date of birth, call us on 1300 067 088.
Alternatively, you may email us at buildingreg@bpc.vic.gov.au with your updated contact details and practitioner registration number.
Company building practitioners
Please email us at buildingreg@bpc.vic.gov.au with your company's updated contact details and practitioner registration number.
Plumbing practitioners
