Check if your insurance was issued by us

We've made it easy to check your certificate of insurance online. Your certificate includes a QR code.

Follow these steps:

Step 1

Scan the QR code using your smartphone.

Step 2

You’ll be directed to our ‘Verify Certificate’ website page. Your policy number will be pre-populated.

Step 3

Your certificate details will be displayed.

If the details of your certificate do not match your building contract, or if your certificate was issued from 30 April 2024 and is missing the QR code and watermark, or if you have a query, please contact us.
