Download and review the owner builder information and study guide
Step 3
Create an eLearning account and successfully complete the assessment
Step 4
Complete construction induction training and obtain a white card (if required)
Step 5
Register as a user with VBA360
Step 6
Start your application in VBA360 and save it as a draft
Step 7
Upload required documents and carefully review all answers before submitting
Step 8
Submit your application, pay the fee, and track your progress in VBA360
